• Oversee the property and all day to day activities 
• Supervise cleaning crew and all resident managers 
• Weekly inspections on the property by management 
• Perform all showings, leasing and check-in/check-out of apartments 
• Perform credit, criminal & rental history verifications on perspective tenants 
• Handle all evictions and court hearings 
• Work with the city, housing and boiler & fire department on building inspections 
• Handle all bookkeeping and record keeping and provide monthly reports to owner
